A Sustainable Pouch Designed for a New Era
The Sustainable Pouch is made from a monolayer structure of Cast PP or LDPE, making it 100% recyclable. Thanks to its reduced thickness, we minimize the amount of plastic used without compromising strength or product protection.
In addition, this pouch includes practical and functional features such as:
Resealable zipper that keeps freshness for longer
Die-cut handle for convenient carrying
Bottom gusset and side seal that provide stability
Printing options of up to 8 colors to customize packaging with each brand’s identity
Technology Serving Freshness
One of the key differentiators is the option of laser micro-perforations, which help control humidity inside the packaging. This extends the shelf life of fresh fruits and vegetables, reducing food waste throughout the supply chain.
Furthermore, macro- and micro-perforation patterns can be tailored to the needs of each product, ensuring proper ventilation and preservation.
